Ethan is passionate about helping customers find products that fit their lifestyle and comfort level, whether they’re experienced cannabis consumers or completely new to the space. He stays up to date on new product drops, cannabinoid trends, and terpene profiles, and especially enjoys educating customers on balanced THC and CBD options.

Fun fact: Ethan makes his own cold brew at home and is always testing new coffee beans from local roasters.

Sierra — Wellness Advisor

Sierra is one of the owners of the shop and brings a calm, education-first approach to the customer experience. She specializes in CBD products and enjoys helping customers explore wellness-focused options that fit naturally into their lifestyle, from oils and beverages to topicals and low-dose products. Her passion for plants extends beyond the store — she’s also an avid plant grower who loves learning about cultivation, natural wellness, and creating relaxing spaces filled with greenery.

Fun fact: Sierra has over 40 plants at home and names almost all of them.

Maya — Community & Customer Experience Lead

Maya keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From inventory management and product organization to merchandising, product content updates, and day-to-day store operations, she helps ensure the shop stays accurate, organized, and easy to navigate for both staff and customers. She has a strong eye for detail and works closely with the team to make sure new products, pricing, and featured collections are always up to date.

Fun fact: Maya loves road trips along the coast and keeps a travel journal filled with sketches and café recommendations from every place she visits.
